This decision was made with the health and safety of our members and credit union employees in mind and will be re-evaluated week by week. Our back office personnel are all working remotely so please be assured that although our branches are closed temporarily, it is “Business As Usual”. So, If you need immediate assistance please call 732-236-2844 or 908-202-1640 between the hours of 8:00 am – 3:00 pm Monday through Friday. You can also visit a convenient shared branch during this time to make deposits, withdrawals or transfers. To locate one, choose the “find a shared branch” tab on our home page and enter your zip code and/or address to find a location near you. Please call the shared branch first to check hours and availability. For your additional convenience, Net Access and Mobiliti are available 24/7. Checks can be remotely deposited from anywhere at any time using your smartphone when you sign into our Mobiliti app. Just endorse the check, put your account number on the back and remember to add “For Mobile Deposit Only”. Then, take a picture of the front and back of your check and follow the instructions to complete your transaction. If you need to apply for a loan during this time, please choose E-Z Loan in the E-commerce dropdown menu. If your Debit or ATM card is lost or stolen, call 800-472-3272 . If your debit card is being used fraudulently, call 800-262-2024 . If you need to change your PIN call 800-757-9848 . If you have installed CardValet on your smartphone you can also turn the card off before notifying us. Please remember, we will never ask you for your PIN or the 3-digit security code on the back of your card.
